What Makes a Care Team Great

Our Chief Medical Officer, Josie Porter, MD, upholds and oversees our high medical standards and leads an impressive team of physician leaders, including our Medical Director of Quality and Education, Joseph Petty, MD, and our Lead Physicians. Our Chief Operations Officer, Patrick Ronaghan, leads our Director of Operations and Director of Nursing, overseeing processes to allow teams to operate in a cohesive way. Our comprehensive nurse and medical assistant training program trains our clinical professionals, ensuring that our whole team has the knowledge and tools to listen and respond to you.

Family Circle of Care is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), achieving this status by being accredited by the National Commission on Quality Assurance. (NCQA). What this means for our patients is that our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, referral specialists, community health workers, social workers, and counselors are all working together to partner with you in your journey to better health.
