Family Circle of Care is a system of six community-based clinics providing affordable healthcare to East Texas families. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Family Circle of Care increases access to quality healthcare for all individuals regardless of income and insurance status.

Payment is required at each office visit, and it is your responsibility to pay your deductible, co-pay or for any other services not covered by your insurance or other health care plan. Financial assistance and payment plans are available to those who qualify.
